The Pod

 The Pod is the combination of my two favorite hollow shape concepts. I felt like it would be a waste of the time that I spent creating each of the designs to not include them in my final piece. Also from testing I believed these shapes would have the most success when it comes to printing. Due to feedback from our discussions in class I made sure to join all the shapes together so my whole piece consisted of closed shapes in hopes that it would ease the printing process and my final product would turn out as I planed. One thing I want to work on is becoming more familiar with the settings in PrusaSlicer. From what I understand would help my shape develop properly the printing settings I want to implement are Non-spiral toolpath, Double perimeter and Top solid layers.
